Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering with 3 years of experience in quality engineering.
• Expertise in automated testing tools and frameworks (JUnit, pytest, Selenium, etc.).
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies to develop concise test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, test data management, and release management.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Clear communication skills: in code, discussion, and writing.
• Proven record of testing and shipping complex software.
• Enthusiasm for working on software that improves people's lives.

Responsibilities:

• Assess current state and build a Quality roadmap, then lead the design and implementation of improved quality strategies and technical frameworks.
• Drive adoption of test frameworks and Quality tools through collaboration, consulting, training, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with service, mobile, and web teams to ensure safety during code changes and releases.
• Evolve existing tooling toward standardized, scalable testing solutions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software.
• Leverage metrics for continuous improvement of testing practices.
• Continuously seek and embrace opportunities to build upon skills and knowledge.
• Advocate for product quality, security, performance, and patient safety.
