Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency within a modern tech stack, such as Go and gRPC.
• Understanding of low-level networking concepts like TCP, HTTP, TLS.
• Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud networking.
• Experience operating high-traffic infrastructure, including monitoring and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of high-quality code and software engineering processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and operate edge and internal routing systems.
• Implement customer-focused abstractions for routing capabilities.
• Responsible for performance, automation, and standardization of routing.
• Learn and address long-term needs of routing infrastructure.
• Contribute to technical decisions and communicate requirements.
• Produce documentation and diagrams to convey concepts.
• Manage technical problems and incidents.
• Support and maintain current infrastructure offerings.
• Develop relationships with teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Stay updated on domain developments and make recommendations.
