Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Cyber Security Engineer.
• Strong understanding of SaaS security principles, data protection, and privacy regulations.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Expertise in security hardening, Infrastructure as Code, IAM, EDR, MDM, SAST, DAST, and DevSecOps.
• Thorough understanding of web application vulnerabilities and cyber security attacks.
• Proficient in programming and scripting languages.
• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering and observability platforms is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications such as CCSP or AWS Certified Security Specialty are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the design, implementation, and management of security measures for cloud-hosted applications, mobile apps, and third-party integrations.
• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security in the software development lifecycle.
• Implement enterprise-scale cybersecurity solutions aligned with security strategies.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts, continuously improving security posture.
• Develop and enforce security policies and standards to ensure compliance.
• Stay updated on trends in cloud security to enhance security measures.
• Ensure secure data exchange for third-party integrations and maintain disaster recovery plans.
