Requirements:
College degree or equivalent education, 1-2 years of strategic, high-level management experience, root cause analysis capabilities, competency with technology platforms and software systems, leadership and mentoring skills, strong communication skills, experience with salesforce and slack, expertise in html, css, js, php, understanding of wordpress and experience building wordpress themes, knowledge of git, expertise in front-end frameworks, building and testing responsive sites, organizational and detail-oriented, fast learner, ability to remain calm under pressure, financial acumen, experience with change leadership.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching, mentorship and support to a team of supervisors and drive a mission and vision for a large team focused on results
  • Maintain high degree of partnership with cross-functional leadership, review case/performance trends, manage resource distribution, create and manage performance dashboards, influence creation of team job descriptions, maintain roadmap support items, create team learning and development plan, identify patterns and opportunities for improvement, support career pathing for direct reports.
