Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 1-2 years of experience in instructional design, training delivery, content management, and project management, great project management skills, ability to develop engaging training content, experience in marketing copywriting, ui/ux design experience, landing page optimization experience
Responsibilities:
Assessing and creating training content, video content creation and editing, partnering with cross-functional teams, developing engaging landing pages and learning experiences, optimizing course delivery and programs, project management, measuring and reporting on training outcomes
