Requirements:

Alignment with principles, knowledge of algorithms and data structures, experience in web development and distributed systems, familiarity with design patterns, ability to work independently and in a team, ability to make product and business decisions, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, experience with ruby is a plus, experience in slaying monoliths is a plus
