Requirements:
Experience with remote cross-functional teams, leading end-to-end product delivery, user research, ux design grounded in research and data, strong storytelling and presentation skills, ability to work in a culture of feedback, dedication to collaboration and inclusivity, passion for progressive causes and politics, familiarity with design and tech stacks
