• Proven experience creating complex applications with customer-facing impact.
• Experience with advanced DIY digital platforms like B2B SaaS or eCommerce.
• Competence in information architecture, interaction models, and content taxonomies.
• Data-driven decision-making abilities in design.
• Ability to present designs to varied audiences.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience working within globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and explore transformational new product design solutions.
• Shape ambiguous ideas into concrete user stories and innovative product experiences.
• Drive every stage of the design process, from discovery through execution and iteration.
• Define information architecture frameworks and interaction models.
• Create high-quality user flows, wireframes, designs, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address product problems and solutions.
• Participate in prioritizing strategic product design work.
• Work closely with data, consumer insights, and UX research teams.
• Understand and develop the Vista design system and marketing brand guidelines.
