Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT Security or similar
• Experience in leading security operations, ideally in SOC
• Solid knowledge in network security and incident management
• Familiarity with security tools like SIEM
• Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CompTIA) preferred
• Proficient in German and English

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Cyber Defence Team
• Manage incident response and threat intelligence
• Ensure effective communication during security incidents
• Oversee compliance with legal requirements and best practices
• Conduct employee training on phishing and social engineering
