Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Sales Enablement, Training, or Sales Operations role, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience training teams.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., CRM platforms such as Salesforce, sales engagement tools).
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales enablement programs that align with business goals and drive GTM team success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, etc.) to gather relevant information and insights for training content.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for new and existing sales team members.
  • Create, curate, and maintain a centralized repository of sales enablement content, including playbooks, training materials, and best practices.
  • Work closely with GTM leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives to address them.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to ensure consistent application of training insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment between sales enablement materials and current messaging, positioning, and product offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve enablement strategies.
