Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college/university.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in an operations capacity or relevant experience.
- Experience in the closing process as a manager, director, or owner.
- Experience working in a high-performance environment (banking, consulting, startup).
- Experience using back-office software is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead a title team working across different facets of the value chain.
- Manage quality control of the current title pipeline and resource planning.
- Act as an intermediary with our underwriter(s).
- Supervise special projects assigned by the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
- Search for, interview, and hire new title agents for current and new branches.
- Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing coaching to team members.
- Ensure compliance with our closing process and create a system of continuous checks and balances
- Write and maintain playbooks and compliance manuals.
- Ensure clean process flow and continued enhancement of operations.
- Launch new states and branches across the United States.
- Maintain SLAs with agent, brokerage, and lender partners.
- Ensure client service level arrangements are met.
- Provide expectations to the closing team and accountability for service.
- Ensure timely delivery of closing tasks and documents across our branches.
