Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college/university.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in an operations capacity or relevant experience.
  • Experience in the closing process as a manager, director, or owner.
  • Experience working in a high-performance environment (banking, consulting, startup).
  • Experience using back-office software is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and lead a title team working across different facets of the value chain.
  • Manage quality control of the current title pipeline and resource planning.
  • Act as an intermediary with our underwriter(s).
  • Supervise special projects assigned by the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
  • Search for, interview, and hire new title agents for current and new branches.
  • Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing coaching to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with our closing process and create a system of continuous checks and balances
  • Write and maintain playbooks and compliance manuals.
  • Ensure clean process flow and continued enhancement of operations.
  • Launch new states and branches across the United States.
  • Maintain SLAs with agent, brokerage, and lender partners.
  • Ensure client service level arrangements are met.
  • Provide expectations to the closing team and accountability for service.
  • Ensure timely delivery of closing tasks and documents across our branches.
