Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Loan Processor in an Australian Company – this is a MUST.
• Deep experience with ApplyOnline (AOL) – should have handled hundreds of loans via this platform, be familiar with common system errors, and understand the necessary supporting documents for AOL uploads.
• Preferably experienced using the Mercury system.
• Proficient with PAYG clients and experienced with Self-Employed applicants – must be familiar with the different types of financial statements and required documentation.
• Strong understanding of Serviceability Calculators for lenders such as the Big 4 Banks and other lenders like St. George, Macquarie, and Westpac.
• Experience handling various loan types, including Purchase, Refinance, Cash-out, Guarantor Loans, and Construction Loans.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit AOL (ApplyOnline) applications, including transferring data from CRM to AOL, attaching all supporting documents, and ensuring all required information is included.
• Follow up with lenders for file updates on approvals and track the progress of applications.
• Perform data entry into the CRM system, Mercury.
• Complete Pricing Reviews on existing clients.
• Perform basic level serviceability calculations.
• Call lenders and other third parties to gather information.
• Complete MIRs (Missing Information Requests).
• Draft Broker Notes for review.
• Assist clients via email with basic questions.
