  • Proven experience in sales or account management roles, preferably in a software or technology-related industry
  • Solid negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex renewal scenarios
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
  • Managing a high volume of accounts, ensuring a high rate of contract renewals
  • Extending and upgrading current client contracts
  • Identifying upsell opportunities within existing customer projects, client portfolios, or large client agreements
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Providing solutions to improve customer business needs, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and retention
  • Partnering closely with Multiple Client Services, Sales, and Operational teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Keeping clients informed of product innovations and updates
