Requirements:
  • 3+ years in product marketing or enablement roles, with demonstrated success in a high-growth, early-stage SaaS startup.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and the digital ecosystem.
  • Track record of creating and implementing enablement strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise materials.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with sellers to understand our process, approach, and customer needs and behavior firsthand.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement plan that addresses the unique requirements of healthcare marketers and Freshpaint’s value proposition, balancing strategic long-term goals with the delivery of immediate value to GTM teams.
  • Build high-impact enablement materials, including persona profiles, competitive battle cards, playbooks, and more, to support sales and customer success teams.
  • Design and deliver training sessions to empower GTM teams with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
  • Conduct research to uncover customer pain points, competitive dynamics, and industry trends to inform enablement initiatives.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and GTM leadership to ensure alignment across messaging, positioning, and sales strategies.
  • Define success metrics for enablement initiatives and measure their impact on sales performance, customer engagement, and retention.
