Responsibilities:

Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap
Prioritize product features
Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap
Lead the development of scalable RESTful and event-driven APIs
Oversee the design and enhancement of real-time webhook services
Manage features related to scheduling and delivering large-scale reports
Work closely with clients, engineers, and business stakeholders
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ensure that all services comply with relevant security, data privacy, and regulatory standards
Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and translate insights into actionable product improvements
