Excel Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years of related experience
• Advanced Excel skills including Vlookup, pivot tables, macros
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• High regard for accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Compile lists of case work for team review
• Manage the 'pink visits' squad within the authorization team
• Organize issues for team review and generate future reports
• Use Excel to upload authorization data into software
• Ensure data syncs between software and conduct audits
• Prepare and present regular reports on audit findings
• Work with Finance teams to correct payroll issues
• Create new processes as FreedomCare expands
• Provide ongoing Excel training to team members
