Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in digital, lifecycle marketing and campaigns, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • At least 5 years experience in a leadership role managing a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Prior experience working within a hybrid Product-Led and Sales-Led business.
  • Track record driving effective demand generation programs targeting various stages of the funnel (Awareness, MQL, Pipeline); adept at partnering with XDRs and Sales to continually improve conversion rates.
  • Highly analytical with a passion for using data to drive decision-making and ROI. Experience managing program budgets in excess of $5M, delivering 10x return.
  • Positive leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team, and create a productive work environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, communicate at all levels of the organization, and deliver compelling presentations that articulate strategy, plans and results.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the digital marketing and demand generation functions for North America, driving brand awareness, lead and pipeline generation.
  • Optimize channels including organic and paid search, social media advertising, lifecycle marketing, email nurture, and webinars, to achieve Sales-Led and Product-Led objectives and targets.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop campaign and launch plans, build messaging and content that drives high engagement.
  • Oversee lifecycle marketing to engage and nurture leads throughout the funnel, ensuring conversion, adoption and retention..
  • Lead and manage a team of 6 direct reports, providing direction and mentorship to drive high-performance execution.
  • Manage agency relationships and external vendors including content syndication, paid media and SEO.
  • Use data-driven insights to monitor, analyze, and optimize funnel performance across all channels.
  • Cultivate a test-and-learn culture to drive conversion and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with Sales, ABM, Product Marketing, Content, Brand, Marketing Operations, and Alliances to create cohesive, compelling marketing programs that align with revenue goals.
  • Drive innovation and experimentation by leveraging new tools, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing.
