• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing strategic partnerships and B2B sales.
• You are a strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• You have a strong passion for blockchain technology and are excited about the opportunity to drive the decentralization of AI through strategic partnerships and alliances.
• You have excellent negotiation skills and can lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure partnerships and collaborations.
• You are a team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute a robust partnership strategy that aligns with OpenGradient’s vision and market goals.
• Manage all aspects of the partnership lifecycle, including initial outreach, negotiation of terms, agreement execution, and ongoing partnership maintenance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, investors, and industry influencers.
• Work closely with marketing, legal, and product teams to ensure cohesive strategy and optimal integration of new partnerships.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure partnerships and collaborations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business development efforts with overall business goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to anticipate new opportunities and potential collaborations.
