Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Enterprise-level Sales, or Customer Success.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing multiple platforms and adapting to new technology solutions quickly.
• Ability to manage complex projects with excellent attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with industry experience in Medicare Advantage or Long-Term Care Insurance a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Build and sustain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and growth.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities, enhancing the company’s footprint within your designated vertical.
• Lead client meetings, ensuring alignment on goals, agenda development, and follow-through on deliverables.
• Work closely with the General Manager and Product Team to strategize and launch new offerings for existing clients.
• Provide support to the team of Account Managers, delegating tasks, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Analyze emerging trends and provide insights to the leadership team to inform strategic decisions.
