Responsibilities:
  • Offer outstanding support to Spanish-speaking clients as they search for accommodation options.
  • Manage the entire booking process, including answering inquiries, making reservations, and handling modifications or cancellations.
  • Provide detailed information about accommodations, amenities, and local attractions to clients.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients and accommodation providers.
  • Proactively address client concerns and special requests to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Accurately document all client interactions in our booking system.
  • Keep informed about local accommodation choices and industry trends to provide precise recommendations.
