Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in design to support a performance marketing team with creative development for lead generation ads on Meta/Google and related landing page.
  • 3-5 years of experience in direct-to-consumer advertising, graphic design, and video editing.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and user-centered design principles.
  • Proven ability to produce a high volume of high-quality assets under tight deadlines.
  • Strong eye for compelling design, visual storytelling, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and data-driven design optimizations.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and update website elements, headers, and images for client projects.
  • Develop and refine landing page and website templates, producing several new templates monthly.
  • Lead the end-to-end design process for web and landing pages, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Optimize designs for user experience, responsive layouts, and conversion performance.
  • Collaborate with developers and marketers to ensure seamless implementation and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Design and edit direct response images for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
  • Deliver high volumes of creative assets weekly, including ads, banners, and short-form videos.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to align visuals with ad copy and campaign objectives.
  • Analyze performance data (A/B tests, CTRs, conversions) to refine and optimize ad visuals.
  • Maintain an organized library of reusable assets, including UGC and stock materials.
  • Bonus: Edit and produce video content using stock footage, UGC, or combined media.
