Requirements:

Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within hospitality or accommodation.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client inquiries effectively.
Experience with CRM software and standard office applications.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

Effectively manage booking processes and ensure client preferences are met.
