- 5+ years of experience as a research analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Track record of delivering research projects with significant, measurable business outcomes.
- Experience formulating hypotheses and designing experiments, including T-tests, Chi-Square, ANOVA, A/B testing, matched pairs, etc.
- Skilled in analyzing diverse data sets, such as transactional data, survey data, and unstructured text data.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data extraction, transformation, cleaning, and analysis.
- Experience conducting Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and anomalies.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods, including regression, time series, non-parametric analysis, clustering, Bayesian inference, etc.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Conduct research initiatives, leading critical aspects such as design and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Define research objectives, methodologies, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with the Research Analytics Team and stakeholders.
- Drive collaboration and communication among team members to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop data-driven hypotheses and design experiments to test them, contributing to the company’s understanding of key business drivers.
- Explore and apply new data sources, tools, and methodologies to improve the team’s research capabilities.
