You will

- Collaborate with executives and business unit leaders to establish a compelling vision, roadmap, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product.

- Lead a cross-functional product team, consisting of Product Design, Engineering, and Data Science professionals, to launch innovative and intuitive Search & Discovery experiences that drive measurable impact on customer behavior.

- Ensure effective communication by regularly updating the team and stakeholders on Product KPIs and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

- Work closely with our Research team to explore innovative ways to enhance existing products and deliver increased value to users.

About you

- 3 to 5 years of direct experience tying together asset metadata enrichment, search platform technologies and AI/ML driven ranking algorithms to deliver best-in-class search & discovery products

- Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and influence stakeholders.

- Has proven experience in taking rough ideas from concept to planning and successful product launches.

- Is comfortable working collaboratively in real-time and asynchronously across different time zones.

- Has experience working in a scaled product environment, leveraging insights and roadmaps from other teams.

- Is passionate about fostering creativity and driving innovation.
