Requirements:

• 3+ years in the medical billing industry
• 2-3 years minimum of billing experience for outpatient physical therapy clinics
• Experience working in or with mid market RCM companies with 50 or more therapists preferably in a success role or RCM leadership role
• 2-3 years minimum of RCM leadership experience
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts
• Strong technical skills
• Highly Proficient in MS Excel
• Understanding and learning software is a passion
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Onboard teams to train RCM staff on billing best practices and support their platform transition
• Assist sales with mid-market prospects
• Assist sales and other departments as a product specialist on the billing platform for mid-market teams
• Teach best practices on Prompt to teams
• Provide reporting training to teams
• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Support client accounting and finance teams
• Have a deep knowledge of the full revenue cycle and a baseline understanding of the role EDI/ERA plays
• Establish and nurture relationships with client stakeholders and billing personnel
• Understand unique team needs to help configure and develop workflows
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings
• Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Provide guidance and expertise to billing success managers/team members
• Assist in teaching submission, posting, invoicing, AR, etc best practices
