Requirements:

• 3-5 years of professional motion design experience, with at least 1 year in an agency setting.
• Portfolio demonstrating a strong range of skills in motion graphics and 2D or 3D animation.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, PremierPro, Figma, Lottie, and Cinema 4D.
• Strong attention to detail in motion design, animation, and visual effects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for creative storytelling.
• Strong communication skills for presenting concepts and collaborating with teams.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality motion design for deliverables such as brand rebranding, campaign assets, animated video content, and website micro-animations.
• Design and animate text, graphics, icons, and assets for dynamic motion graphics.
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure consistency and creativity across projects.
• Apply motion design elements to video footage, enhancing storytelling with animation, visual effects, and dynamic graphics.
• Maintain an organized system for assets, animations, and reference materials for easy access and future use.
• Follow creative direction while bringing your unique artistic perspective to the work.
