Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a recruiter with at least 2 years' experience in recruiting preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Knowledge of the local market and recruitment attraction techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to ethical recruiting practices.
  • Previous experience recruiting in marketing & support functions an advantage
Responsibilities:
  • Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates within LatAm.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for specific roles.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and staffing needs.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process, ensuring equitable opportunities for all candidates.
  • Provide support during the onboarding process, including facilitating background checks, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with new hire orientation.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
