Requirements:
Previous experience as a recruiter with at least 2 years' experience in recruiting preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
Knowledge of the local market and recruitment attraction techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to ethical recruiting practices.
Previous experience recruiting in marketing & support functions an advantage
Responsibilities:
Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates within LatAm.
Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for specific roles.
Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and staffing needs.
Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process, ensuring equitable opportunities for all candidates.
Provide support during the onboarding process, including facilitating background checks, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with new hire orientation.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
