- 2+ years of experience working with CRM, telephony, and communication tools.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, WhatsApp integration tools, and telephony platforms (CallGear or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make optimization recommendations.
- Experience in sales enablement and lead qualification process improvements.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product.
- Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher). Spanish is a plus.

- Streamline Sales & Marketing Workflows: Develop a seamless communication system that ensures the sales team only engages with high-intent leads, minimizing wasted effort.
- AI-Powered Telephony Experiments: Collaborate with product managers to test and implement AI-driven enhancements in telephony systems.
- Tool Development & Enablement: Build and enhance internal tools to support the sales team, ensuring adoption and effective usage.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure CRM and communication systems align with overall business objectives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of communication systems and drive continuous improvement.
