Requirements:

A minimum of three years experience as a marketing coordinator or similar
Excellent English communication skills (client facing)
Experience managing project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or related)
Extensive marketing experience through tactics like email, social media, SEO, content marketing, and paid ads
Experience with Email Marketing Software (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or related)

Responsibilities:

Grow and maintain assigned key client accounts and provide ongoing client support
Establish & uphold marketing strategies across a variety of channels including but not limited to email, social media, SEO, paid ads, content marketing
Create automated lead nurturing campaigns
Develop, present, and execute marketing plans and brand strategies
Creating and distributing content across a variety of channels for clients as well as managing content development by additional team members
Understand and keep up to date on the latest marketing trends
Lead internal and client-facing team meetings
Developing and implementing client relationship management strategies
Establishing efficient communication channels and liaising between key clients and internal departments
Handling client queries and finding innovative solutions for complex problems
Monitoring performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions
Performing recordkeeping, as well as preparing and presenting reports
