Requirements:

• 5-10 years of PQE in corporate/commercial law, with broad legal expertise.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, informal environment with minimal hierarchy.
• Pragmatic, solution-driven mindset, and capable of working hands-on and independently.
• Fluent in English and German.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including data privacy agreements.
• Advise on regulatory issues, particularly regarding KYC onboarding processes.
• Contribute to governance and risk management, updating internal policies, preparing reports, and managing claims.
• Provide legal advice for product development and support project-related initiatives.
• Manage various types of legal agreements, such as SaaS, cooperation, and data privacy agreements, as well as MSAs.
