Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of HR experience, preferably within a fast-growing tech startup or a similar dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on experience optimizing HR processes for efficiency without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization; German is a plus.
  • Proficient in using modern HR tools and ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Deel).
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and craft targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Proactively source top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
  • Build and nurture a strong employer brand to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Oversee core HR functions, including employee lifecycle management, HRIS updates, and compliance.
  • Streamline and implement efficient HR processes, balancing speed and scalability.
  • Act as the go-to person for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and execute initiatives that improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Support payroll, benefits administration, and other operational needs in collaboration with external vendors.
