Responsibilities:

Drive the technical vision and roadmap for the workflow runner.
Partner with staff engineers, SREs, and other product teams to understand complex infrastructure needs.
Work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to understand and address enterprise challenges.
Connect directly with customers to deeply understand their needs.
Prioritize between system-level scalability and reliability improvements and customer facing features.
