Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing, or related fields (experience in SaaS or tech environments is a plus).
  • Must have strong experience with content tools such as Google Slides and PowerPoint to tell a clear, compelling story.
  • Must have the creative skills to build presentation decks, communication constructs (email, slack, teams, zoom, etc.) with striking visuals, video, media, and researched online relevant material.
  • Must bring agility, and availability to provide inputs for daily communication and event management
  • Must be able to demonstrate brevity with written and verbal communication skills and with the ability to craft compelling, concise messages for diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional writing & storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences.
  • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage shifting priorities.
  • Collaborative & people-focused, with experience working cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, Leadership, and other internal teams.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Slides, and PowerPoint for communication and storytelling.
  • Creative & adaptable, always seeking new ways to engage employees and make communication more effective.
  • Thrives in a remote environment, able to work across time zones and manage a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop & Execute Internal Communications Strategy: Create and manage a structured approach to internal communications that aligns with company goals, priorities, and culture.
  • Support Leadership Messaging: Work with executives and managers to craft compelling and clear communications that effectively cascade company-wide.
  • Facilitate All-Hands & Leadership Meetings: Organize bi-monthly company-wide All-Hands meetings and monthly All-Manager meetings, including agenda-setting, logistics, and content creation.
  • Write & Distribute Company-Wide Newsletters: Aggregate and write engaging newsletters to keep employees informed on key updates, events, and achievements.
  • Manage Ad-Hoc & Crisis Communications: Collaborate with leadership and HR to craft timely and effective messages for company announcements, policy updates, and other key initiatives.
  • Measure & Improve Communication Impact: Track engagement, gather feedback, and refine communication strategies to improve transparency, alignment, and overall employee experience.
