Credit and Collections Manager

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience in credit and collections
• 2+ years in a management or supervisory role
• Experience in a SaaS company preferred
• Strong understanding of credit analysis and risk management
• Leadership experience
• Familiarity with NetSuite and Tesorio

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement collection strategies
• Manage day-to-day collections activities
• Oversee collection of overdue accounts
• Establish credit policies and procedures
• Perform credit assessments and monitoring
• Track and report on key metrics
• Lead and develop a team of collections specialists
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
