Requirements:

• 7+ years of overall Software Engineering experience
• 5+ years as a hands-on engineer
• 3+ years as an Engineering Manager or in a technical leadership role
• Expertise with Python and Go
• Familiarity with SaaS security or detection engineering is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive technical strategy for Threat Detection and Response
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of features for threat assessment and incident response
