Product Designer, Design Systems (3 Month Contract)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on design systems or component libraries.
• Advanced Figma skills, with familiarity in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React knowledge is a bonus).

Responsibilities:

• Define, design, and test core components, patterns, and guidelines to establish a scalable and cohesive product design framework.
• Partner with designers, developers, and product managers to align on functionality, accessibility, and implementation.
• Create clear, concise documentation to guide design system adoption and usage.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders to refine and expand the design system as needed.
• Ensure components meet accessibility standards, such as WCAG 2.1, incorporating tools like ARIA roles or Axe.
• Build for flexibility to support the evolving needs of our product suite.
