Requirements:
Proven experience in sales leadership and business development Strong track record of building and scaling sales and partnership teams in early-stage or growth-stage startups Strong negotiation skills Deep understanding of growth strategies, sales funnels, and revenue generation Experience in both direct sales and strategic partnerships Exceptional leadership skills Collaborative mindset Analytical skills to evaluate sales performance, partnership success, and market trends Excellent verbal and written communication skills Startup experience (preferred) Experience in scaling revenue-generating partnerships in domestic and international markets (preferred) Experience with SaaS or technology-driven companies (preferred) Previous leadership experience managing both sales and business development teams (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy Lead the sales process from prospecting through closing Build and nurture a high-performing sales team Track and manage the sales pipeline Identify, evaluate, and build long-term strategic partnerships Negotiate and manage partnership agreements Leverage partnerships for joint marketing campaigns Explore new business development opportunities in emerging markets Build a roadmap for market entry and expansion Continuously evaluate competitive landscape and market trends Take ownership of the end-to-end partnership lifecycle Work closely with cross-functional teams Maintain relationships with key stakeholders Develop and track key sales performance metrics (KPIs) Establish clear sales processes Use data-driven insights to refine sales tactics Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams Provide leadership in shaping the company’s sales culture
