• Proficient in sales technologies like SalesForce and Tableau
• Able to communicate using PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom
• Experience in Tobacco or regulated industries
• Previous sales leadership experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead & develop a team of Territory Managers
• Plan, organize, and execute sales strategies
• Coach and mentor Territory Managers
• Synthesize and communicate Division-level insights
• Achieve KPIs set for the company
• Work cross-functionally with other teams
• Maintain knowledge of local/state regulations
