Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing sales teams
• Track record in sales leadership, preferably in K-12 education
• Experience with Salesforce, Sales Gong, HubSpot or CRMs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Regional Sales Managers
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Build structured sales pipeline
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers
• Collaborate with various teams for effective positioning
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies
• Utilize reporting systems for sales tracking
• Drive accountability and motivation within the team
• Support product launches and sales efforts
