Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• 5 years of engineering/Technical Support experience
• 3 years Business to Business support experience
• Ability to travel 50-75%
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Background knowledge in information technology and networking

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations
• Assess project equipment needs
• Develop training courses for customers
• Communicate customer feedback to product management
• Prepare cost estimates and site configurations
• Analyze cost-benefit ratios
• Create and maintain pre-sales engineering documentation
• Support project installations remotely or on site
