Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or computer-related field
• 5+ years related experience in software or hi-tech company
• Advanced experience with Salesforce Experience and/or Service Cloud
• Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform system configuration tasks for Customer Success processes
• Manage requests from business users related to assigned systems
• Own documentation and manage script/template library
• Oversee project lifecycle for system changes
• Maintain awareness of team systems and processes
