• Agile software development experience
• Familiarity with JIRA, Slack, Preceden
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Understand client business and project goals
• Oversee project phases for timely, on-budget delivery
• Act as primary client contact managing expectations
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines and resources
• Monitor project progress and address issues proactively
• Manage project budgets and identify cost optimization
• Facilitate kickoffs, milestone reviews, and retrospectives
