Requirements:

Strong understanding of drone technology, public safety operations, and regulatory compliance
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with clients
Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to varying schedules based on client needs
Part 107 Certificate at time of start
Ability to travel 50-75% of the time
Ability to lift 60 lbs unaided

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with public safety agencies to understand their needs and develop tailored drone solutions
Conduct product demonstrations and ensure the smooth integration of technology into customer agency operations and existing data management systems
Assist with the coordination, and provide technical support, for “early access” pilot programs of Skydio products
Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of customer projects, including the development of Customer Success Plans
