Growth Analyst

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing, strategy of growth, data, operations or consultancies.
• Experience with Tableau or any other data visualization tool is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding a user audience from a qualitative and quantitative point of view, identifying needs and opportunities for improvement to leverage the value proposition.
• Understanding the LTV of the different user acquisition channels versus the costs of acquiring them in order to be able to efficiently reallocate the investment.
• Executing and optimizing the budget in the creation of loyalty strategies and incentive campaigns.
• Monitoring campaigns and coordinating with the rest of the areas (Finance, Operations, Brand, Media & Creative, PR, etc.) to ensure the correct implementation, measurement and achievement of objectives in a timely manner.
• Implementing and monitoring initiatives to improve churn and the reactivation of users with a focus on optimizing the budget.
