  • A strong preference for candidates who are motivated by a low fixed salary with a higher commission structure, as this role offers significant earning potential based on performance.
  • Previous experience in a professional work environment is more relevant than sector-specific knowledge; prior sales experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with diverse clients, including public entities, private companies, and individuals, to negotiate land acquisitions or contract renewals for mobile infrastructure.
  • Utilize your strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for the company and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Conduct 90% of your sales activities over the phone, using your excellent verbal communication skills to close deals efficiently.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to better understand client needs and identify new business opportunities.
