Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, ideally in a developer tools or database company.
  • Deeply understand the nuances of PLG and consumption-based models.
  • Experienced in Salesforce and capable of optimizing systems to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Love diving into data, spotting trends, and thinking outside the box to develop innovative solutions.
  • Can operate at both 30,000 feet and ground level, with the ability to build and execute.
  • Excels at working across teams, translating data and strategy into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of our sales tech stack, especially Salesforce, to streamline workflows, ensure data quality, and empower our sales team.
  • Develop and implement creative, scalable commission structures and territory designs aligned with our consumption-based pricing model.
  • Create frameworks to measure pipeline health, SDR impact, and overall sales team performance.
  • Work closely with the CFO and other executives to analyze trends, provide insights, and shape the growth strategy of our sales organization.
  • Establish and refine processes that enable the sales team to scale efficiently while staying hands-on and involved in the details.
