Requirements:
  • 10 years of Sales Leadership experience with a proven track record of success in the fitness, wellness and technology industries.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or other relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of fitness technology, SaaS solutions and B2B sales.
  • Excel at business and territory development with a strong track record of experience in building markets from the ground up.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, results driven individual.
  • Successfully working in the field of sales and you were able to build a successful track record in solution selling and can leverage a strong network of industry relationships.
  • Know how to successfully leverage a CRM and report on lead generation, customer qualification/profiling, and activity management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and presentation skills.
  • Strong, empathetic leader who is passionate about molding and developing your team in all skillsets and all levels of experience.
  • Enjoy working with customers directly and are able to travel 70%+ of the time.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive go-to-market initiates for our Ecosystem of products.
  • Achieve and exceed signed contracts and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high performing sales team across the North American Market, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability.
  • Implement training programs to elevate team skills and maintain competitive excellence.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts and partners.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure solutions align with customer feedback and market demands.
  • Establish KPIs to monitor sales performance and market penetration.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the VP of Sales on progress, challenges and opportunities.
  • Adjust strategies and tactics based on data driven insights in order to optimize outcomes.
