Requirements:

• Solid expertise in Solidity with experience on EVM-compatible chains.
• Skills in Rust preferred, Python acceptable if open to learning Rust.
• Proven history of writing high-quality, functional code.
• Comfortable with async communication and collaborative work.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, proactivity, and completion of tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Build new features by developing smart contracts and support them in off-chain infrastructure.
• Review protocol integrations, advising third parties and writing grant proposals.
• Contribute to the design of CoW Protocol for decentralization.
• Investigate suspicious transactions and support governance through formal proposals.
• Engage in code review, feature discussions, and maintain robust testing processes.
