Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably with crypto-related experience.
• Experience in UK, Uruguay, Cayman Islands, or BVI accounting industries.
• Mandatory excellent Google Sheets skills.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance or similar certificate.
• Good knowledge of IFRS and ability to adapt to different GAAPs.
• Interest in blockchain technology with hands-on crypto experience preferred.
• Experience with tax authorities and external auditors/accounting firms.
• Excellent organizational and management skills.
• Attention to detail, multitasking with project prioritization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities:

• Run day-to-day accounting operations supported by external accountants.
• Facilitate the submission of annual financial accounts/statements.
• Review local teams' tax reporting.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions.
• Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and reconciling transactions.
• Cooperate in tax audits and liaise with tax authorities.
• Draft accounting policies for crypto transactions.
• Review blockchain transactions and support internal crypto operations.
• Assist Finance Leadership in operationalizing structures in new networks.
• Engage with external asset management regarding CoW DAO treasury.
• Support the Planning and Budgeting process.
