Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in managing HR functions.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading HR teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and regulations.
  • Experience with Deel or other HR or payroll platforms is a plus.
  • Must be proficient in math and able to assist in payroll and know Google Sheets
Responsibilities:
  • Build, lead, and mentor the HR team to ensure efficient and effective HR operations.
  • Develop and oversee the onboarding process for all internal and external contractors, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews, knowledge transfer, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure the right talent is hired and retained.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Address and resolve team issues and conflicts, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and internal policies.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance talent skills and performance.
  • Lead salary negotiations for new hires and current hires, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages.
  • Manage and support the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Assist in payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage and promote a positive company culture that aligns with our values and mission.
  • Oversee the logging and tracking of Paid Time Off (PTO) for all contractors.
  • Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to senior management.
